What data we process

Words Kids has no user accounts, forms or comments, and does not collect personal data from visitors. We only process your data if you write to us by email: your address and the content of your message.

Purpose and legal basis

We use that data only to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is your consent, given when you send us the message (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).

Retention

We keep the message for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry.

Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties unless legally required. Email is handled through Gmail (Google) and the website is hosted on Cloudflare, which may process technical connection data, such as the IP address, to deliver pages and protect the service.

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to . If you believe they have not been respected, you may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Children

The content is designed for parents and educators to read together with children. Words Kids does not collect children's data. If you are under 14, please ask your parents for permission before writing to us.

If we add advertising, statistics or other services in the future, we will update this policy and the cookie policy before activating them.
